Book a certified DoorBird technician for any hands-on work at your location. Whether you need a new system installed, an existing intercom reconfigured, network troubleshooting, or a hardware repair, our technician comes to you and gets the job done right.

What's included per hour:

• On-site visit by a certified DoorBird technician
• Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, or repair as directed
• Testing and verification of system performance before completion

Common use cases:

• New DoorBird system installation and mounting
• Network setup, PoE switch configuration, and IP addressing
• App pairing, user setup, and relay programming
• Firmware updates and full system diagnostics
• Hardware replacement, repair, or front panel swap

Minimum booking applies. Hours are billed at the agreed hourly rate and invoiced after service completion. Travel charges may apply depending on location — contact us before booking if you are outside the service area.
