DoorbirdUSA Return and Refund Policy
At “Doorbird USA”, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that returns may be necessary. Please review the following return policy for any items you wish to return:
1. “Return Period”
You have the right to return products within “10 days” of receiving them. To initiate a return, please follow the return instructions provided with your order.
2. “Return Shipping Costs”
The buyer is responsible for organizing the return and covering all return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and keeping the tracking number until your return is fully processed and refunded. “Doorbird USA is not liable for lost return shipments.”
3. “Product Condition”
To be eligible for a full refund, the returned product must be in “new condition” (never opened box and NO SEAL broken), showing no signs of use, scratches, or damage.
4. “Inspection and Refund Process”
Once we receive your return, the item is subject to be processed by the manufacture distribution warehouse where will conduct a “detailed inspection* of the product. Refunds will only be processed after this inspection is completed, which may take up to 40 days.
5. “Deduction from Refund”
If the returned product shows “signs of use”, including but not limited to scratches, wear, or damage, we reserve the right to deduct up to “50% of the purchase price” from your refund. The exact deduction will be determined based on the condition of the returned item.
6. “Non-Refundable Items”
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or refund. These exceptions will be communicated at the time of purchase or in the product's return instructions.
